Why is shipping not free?
We no longer ship furniture, we deliver it if you live in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia. Twenty-two years of experience has proved delivery is more dependable than shipping with common carriers. We deliver all our furniture in our own trucks with highly-trained staff to assemble your furniture. We want to ensure your furniture is delivered with care and set up properly so you can enjoy your product without any hassle.
May I custom order products?
Yes, we welcome custom orders from our customers and look forward to working with you in finding the perfect item to meet your needs.
What if I don't see an item that I am looking for?
Please contact us! Just because you do not see a specific piece on our website from one of our manufacturers does not mean that we can't get it for you. We have a wealth of resources to find what you are looking for, or at least something similar.
Is your furniture available in other styles or colors?
In addition to the styles and options shown, many pieces have so many options for you to chose from we couldn’t begin to list them all on our website. Feel free to contact us and we can help to find the options that will be the best fit for you!
Is the furniture in stock?
Many of the pieces on our website are currently available in stock, and many of our manufacturers offer quick ship programs for their products. Please contact us to confirm availability as inventory levels are constantly changing. Lead times for custom orders will be given on an individual basis.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax for all purchases will be calculated based on the sales tax rate for the state to which it is shipped or delivered.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged let us know before we leave, and make proper notations on the shipping documents that you are asked to sign. All pieces must be inspected in the presence of our delivery personnel.
Will my product need assembly if it is delivered?
Many of our products will be delivered to you packaged and will need assembly upon arrival. Our highly-trained delivery personnel will assemble each piece for you.
What if I am unhappy with the pieces when I get them?
Once your order is final, you will be given a copy of the invoice, terms and conditions, and our shipping policy for you to review and sign before we ship. If the furniture arrives and does not meet your expectations, please let us know to arrange return of the merchandise at the customer’s expense. This does not include Special Orders, these are not returnable.
